“Nathaniel Sergeant was the guest soloist at the Christmas CD Concert held by the Manotick Brass Ensemble in November 2016. Nathaniel’s brilliant playing was enthusiastically received by the audience and added a wonderful contrast to this otherwise mainly brass concert. Nathaniel can perform the most complex arrangements with panache and style in a way that brings out the best in the music. At the CD Release Concert, Nathaniel performed difficult arrangements of well-known Christmas Carols by Mark Hayes and Joseph Martin. These arrangements included a range of musical styles, including jazz, all of which were very ably handled by Nathaniel.
